Lady Panthers Compete In Santa Barbara
Panthers finish tournament 1-1
The Panthers opened the day with a tough matchup against Santa Barbara, falling in the dual 1–4. Despite the result, Hartnell found success at the No. 5 position, where Grace Wilson and Lexi Leleua picked up a strong win to put the Panthers on the board.
Hartnell bounced back in a big way in the second dual against Bakersfield, earning a hard-fought 3–2 victory. The Panthers secured wins at the No. 1 spot behind Sofia Luna and Dora Roberts, the No. 4 pair of Aundrea Boykin and Maria Hagleitner, and the No. 5 pair of Kira Krueger and Lexi Leleua, sealing the team win.
With the split on the day, Hartnell moves to 1–1 overall on the season. The Panthers return to action next Friday in Monterey, where they will host Delta and American River in their next tournament.
