"Efrain joined cross country as a senior at NMCHS and this will be just his seconnd year running. We will need to teach him how to balance his classes with an increased training load. The goal with freshmen like Efrain is to see him race 4 miles at the same pace he did 3 miles last fall."-Coach Z
